Well, while working on my linux machines, I was stuck when I need to check my network configuration. In typical Unix distro like ubuntu, I usually type the ifconfig command directly and it is the linux that will find tha patch for that command automatically.
But it is different on fedora. So I google a lot and end up in this website explaining about how to run ifconfig command on fedora machine.
So as written on the web/blog, for fedora linux, you need to type the directory along with the ifconfig commans.
