For those who run websites and start getting bored with the legacy comment system provided by CMS, the Disquss comment system might be worth to try. Disquss is an "out-of-the-box" comment system, works with multiple websites/blogs, enhances and interconnecting the discussions/comments accross community.

Disqus, pronounced "discuss", is a service and tool for web comments and discussions. The Disqus comment system can be plugged into any website, blog, or application. Disqus makes commenting easier and more interactive, while connecting websites and commenters across a thriving discussion community.
Disqus is a free service to the general public with absolutely no inline advertisements. A premium service for large-scale websites is in the works but is not yet available.(from:disqus.com)


The disqus comment system can be integrated into blogs/websites made with WordPress, MovableType, Tumblr, Blogger, and TypePad. Integtration of disquss into other CMS/platforms are also applicable, by using a general code snippet or API. Some other CMSs like drupal, b2evolution, Grafitti, and Joomla also provide modules/plugins to enable integration with disqus system.

Will search engines index disqus comments?
Blog comments usually creates more permalink to be indexed by search engines. For blogger or webmaster who expects visitor's comments to be indexed by search engine, there is a disqus plugin for self-hosted blogs.
